We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shipping & Receiving Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement of inbound and outbound freight.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4pm-1am. **Training will be on the day shift

Key Responsibilities:

- -Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Shipping & Receiving team.
- -Assign dock doors and prioritize workloads to maintain a smooth, bottleneck-free flow of trailers and ocean freight containers.
- -Monitor shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate handling of freight.
- -Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to new warehouse employees and equipment operators.
- -Act as the primary point of contact on the warehouse floor to address loading delays, pallet quality concerns, and staging discrepancies.

Qualifications:





- -Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- -Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse workplace.
- -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- -Experience operating or overseeing the operation of warehouse equipment.
- -Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
