Operate D8-D10 dozers at NACG’s remote Fort Hills mining site near Fort McMurray on 14x7 day and night shifts.

As a Dozer Operator, you will complete bulk pushing in overburden and soft ground. You will read stakes, place grades, and follow required safety procedures. The role requires equipment checks, hazard assessments, and immediate reporting of repairs, incidents, and damage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various dozer sizes and models for assigned work
- Complete bulk pushing in mining overburden
- Read stakes and place grades as required
- Perform walk-arounds, safety checks, and risk assessments
- Report repairs, incidents, near misses, and damage immediately

Requirements:

- Experience operating D8-D10 dozers in mining environments
- Previous experience operating on muskeg or soft ground
- Minimum one year mining experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Proficient English and safety-first attitude
