This General Merchandise Associate position supports customer service and retail activities across Walmart’s general merchandise area. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, locate merchandise, and address concerns. The work also includes stocking, zoning, recovery, downstocking, product protection, and modular execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, professional assistance throughout the sales floor
- Support assigned areas and Front End coverage when required
- Zone merchandise and maintain organized customer-ready sales areas




- Stock products, complete downstocking, and process recovery merchandise
- Maintain protected displays, fixtures, sweep logs, and work areas

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Remain available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive stocking tasks
- Lift inventory or supplies up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift inventory or supplies up to 50 pounds
