Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles as a Service Technician with Jim Pattison Subaru on Regent, using strong troubleshooting and inspection skills.

This automotive Service Technician role supports the dealership’s Service Department through accurate diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections. You will identify mechanical and electrical issues, document measurements, communicate findings, and help uphold manufacturer and dealership standards. The role also includes customer-focused coordination with Service Advisors and Parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealership standards
- Complete inspections with accurate documentation and measurements

- Conduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections
- Coordinate parts sourcing and warranty labelling

Requirements:

- Red Seal certification or progress toward certification
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s licence and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
- Solid diagnostic skills and attention to detail
