Home Support Workers provide compassionate home and community care under a Personal Support Manager’s supervision. CarePartners seeks candidates able to assist with daily living, support families, and promote dignity. The program includes virtual and in-person training before community assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
- Support dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Perform transferring, repositioning, and bowel or bladder care
- Provide socializing and companionship in homes and residences




- Promote patient independence through daily living assistance

Requirements:

- Attend the full-time training program
- Bring a caring nature and excellent customer service
- Hold a valid G or G2 driver’s license
- Access a reliable vehicle and provide automobile insurance proof
- Complete vulnerable sector and explicit background checks
