Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models through remote, freelance work. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate performance, and compare AI-generated media for fidelity.

Qualifications include fluent English, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and solid attention to detail. Compensation is hourly with additional incentive opportunities, and hours are flexible.
