The Client Success Specialist manages high-touch relationships with enterprise clients, agencies, and internal resources. You will advise on industry trends, digital marketing maturity, and technology solutions. The position reports to the Client Success Team Supervisor and supports growth opportunities through consultative partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own existing and new relationships for key client accounts
- Provide full-funnel recommendations and analyze client opportunities
- Assess marketing maturity and guide clients through growth stages
- Lead recurring client status meetings and document detailed updates
- Coordinate vendors, agencies, clients, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Two or more years of digital account management experience
- Google Marketing Platform or cloud-based marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled collaboration with clients and partners at all management levels
