Protect TJX Canada stores through theft prevention and CCTV surveillance as a Loss Prevention Security Agent in Mississauga. This is a 12-month contract.

The role supports a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment across TJX Canada stores. You will assist Store Investigators, engage customers, respond to alarms, and collaborate with Organized Retail Crime Investigators. The position also involves reporting internal, external, and supply-chain loss concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in uniform
- Respond to pedestal alarms across the store
- Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores
- Conduct CCTV surveillance and floor walking
- Report incidents and support investigations with law enforcement

Requirements:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Provincial security license required for employment
- Retail loss prevention, military, or security experience encouraged
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access preferred
- Positive driving record preferred where applicable
