The Assistant Manager's (AM) role is to help the General Manager (GM) operate the store and learn the correct methods in doing so, with the potential of eventually becoming a General Manager. The AM is responsible for the management of the store on their opening or closing shifts. During which, the AM will ensure the store is properly prepared for the rush, employees are performing effectively, image standards are met, service is fast and friendly, and all products are produced properly and quickly.Assitant Managers are to work effectively within the store while learning the correct methods of managing a Domino's location.
