Onni Group seeks a skilled Construction Foreman to lead field crews across construction projects. The Foreman supervises trades and subcontractors, coordinates with project management, and drives productivity from start to finish. This position requires construction methods knowledge, communication, problem solving, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews and oversee daily construction site operations
- Coordinate sub-trades, suppliers, workers, and project management
- Monitor safety meetings, standards, procedures, and inspections
- Maintain schedules, work efficiency,



reports, and field records
- Implement quality control and verify construction drawing accuracy

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and timely tasks
