Deliver friendly customer service at Michaels in Edmonton-West, Alberta, while helping shoppers, operating checkout, and supporting store merchandise standards. Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

This seasonal Team Member role supports customers throughout the store and during checkout. You will locate products, provide solutions, handle cash, and explain Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and Voice of Customer surveys. You will also assist with truck unloading, stocking, recovery, and omnichannel processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide shopping solutions
- Deliver rapid, friendly checkout and execute cash handling standards
- Explain Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards benefits
- Assist with BOPIS, SFS, stocking, and truck unloading
- Complete merchandise recovery, SISO, and AD set duties

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old
