As a Seasonal Equipment Operator, you will work under an Area Supervisor while clearing snow and ice. The position requires protected equipment operation, route adherence, weather monitoring, and accurate work records. Webber values communication, safety awareness, and practical equipment skills.

- Operate 1.5-ton snow removal vehicles safely and efficiently
- Clear snow and ice from designated areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and acceptable record
- Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Availability for emergency rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays
