This Security Agent role supports safety across the landmark Fairmont Château Laurier hotel. You will patrol 665,000 square feet, investigate incidents, and respond to emergencies. The position combines guest service, security operations, documentation, and collaboration with hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol hotel floors and identify security risks or fire hazards
- Respond to emergencies, medical calls, fires, and accidents
- Investigate incidents, complaints, violations, and crisis situations
- Maintain security logs, shift reports, and key control records




- Assist guests while delivering skilled, respectful service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a security role required
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
- CPR, First Aid, and Smart Serve certifications required
- Ability to obtain security clearance and Bylaw deputization
- English proficiency required; French proficiency highly desirable
