Key Responsibilities:

- Assess physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs
- Develop individualized care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes




- Complete admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
- Document care information and report changes

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
- Current practicing BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Knowledge of full-scope practice and medication administration
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Physical ability to perform position duties
