The successful candidate will lead enterprise AI transformation and digital-modernization initiatives, working across business, technology, data, architecture, cybersecurity and risk functions.Position Summary The Senior Project Management Specialist will lead and coordinate an enterprise AI transformation program. This role will be responsible for developing and managing the AI roadmap, establishing governance and delivery frameworks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving AI adoption and digital modernization initiatives in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the enterprise AI transformation roadmapEstablish AI governance, delivery frameworks and operating modelsCoordinate business, technology, data, architecture, cybersecurity and risk teamsLead AI and digital-modernization initiatives in an Agile environmentManage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and status reportingFacilitate executive committees, workshops and solution reviewsDevelop metrics and reporting to support enterprise decision-makingSupport change management,



training and enterprise AI adoptionDrive collaboration across technical and business stakeholdersProvide executive-level communication and project updatesRequired Qualifications 8+ years of experience leading large enterprise projects, programs or transformation initiatives3+ recent years of experience in AI transformation, digital modernization, innovation or emerging technologyDemonstrated experience with governance frameworks, operating models, metrics and executive reportingKnowledge of AI technologies, AI governance and enterprise adoption strategiesStrong executive communication and stakeholder-management skillsExperience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teamsExperience working in an Agile environmentEligible to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status clearancePreferred Qualifications Technology-related post-secondary educationAI, cloud, project management or digital-transformation certificationsExperience leading enterprise AI adoption or emerging-technology programsExperience within financial services, government or other highly regulated environmentsCompensation Salary Range: $90.00 - $110.00 / hourOur recruitment process is led by human recruiters who review all applications and make the final hiring decisions.
