ClaimsPro LP seeks a Claims Triage Specialist in office in Mississauga, handling customer service, claims creation, triage, and inbound calls.

This full-time position supports current claim reports received by email, fax, and telephone. You will document calls, enter data, identify loss types, and coordinate responses for complex claims nationally. Previous insurance exposure is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field and enter new claims reports from multiple channels
- Triage claim notices according to service level agreements
- Identify loss types and coordinate appropriate responses
- Manage communication from seven zonal email boxes
- Follow up with insurers and adjusters regarding claim details

Requirements:

- Minimum three years in customer service or support
- Post-secondary education
- Exceptional Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Insurance experience or CIP coursework is an asset
