Manage digital media assets for MLSE using cataloging, rights management, and digital asset management expertise in a one-year contract.

As a Media Librarian on MLSE’s Media Assets team, you will select, analyze, index, preserve, research, retain, and manage digital media. You will support creative producers, campaigns, proposal planning, and production closeouts across the organization. The position requires library and information sciences knowledge, copyright awareness, database research, and experience with DAM systems. Tenovos experience is an asset, as are Vidispine or other MAM systems. The role supports Creative Studios and the broader MAM team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ingestion, storage, cataloging, integration, and asset delivery
- Research and retrieve DAM assets for creative producers




- Administer DAM workflows and standard operating procedures
- Manage rights, legal restrictions, security, and permissions
- Train Creative Studios members on DAM best practices

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in library and information sciences or equivalent
- One year of relevant field experience
- Knowledge of copyrights and related compliance
- Experience with DAM systems and structured databases
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
