Talantir in Toronto (Don Mills) seeks an Operations Manager / Trainer & Recruiter for a full-time, in-office role. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and agent development while overseeing CRM usage and performance metrics.

The position focuses on talent acquisition and operational oversight, not personal sales production. The role offers a reliable in-office schedule (Mon-Fri, 9-5) with a base salary of CA$80,000 plus performance bonuses.
