Nurse Next Door seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for urgent home care service. You will perform nursing treatments within the provincial RPN scope, support daily living, and provide client education. The assignment includes medication administration, wound care, assessments, physician communication, and diabetic management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review care plans and complete visit records
- Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance
- Perform IV, feeding tube, and nursing procedures competently
- Administer medications and provide wound care
- Educate clients and families about diagnoses

Requirements:

- Experience with IVs and feeding tubes is required
- Valid College of Nurses of Ontario license
- Previous nursing experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license required
- English communication skills required
