As an Account Manager, Personal Lines, you support Account Executives and the BSAA Personal Insurance team. Your work includes underwriting information, binding authorities, insurer portals, risk management principles, negotiations, submissions, and client communications. You also maintain accurate account administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Account Executives and Personal Insurance colleagues
- Obtain underwriting information from potential and renewal clients
- Negotiate business terms with insurers and create submissions
- Present quotes, renewals,



and endorsements to clients
- Issue documents, handle claims, and maintain account records

Requirements:

- Three to five years of Personal insurance experience
- General Insurance Agent Level II license or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a British Columbia license
- Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, CRM, or another designation
- Applied Epic experience is an asset
