Operate forklifts for Tempur Sealy, picking orders and preparing bedding products for accurate, safe shipment. This warehouse position requires reliable material handling.

As a Forklift Warehouse Operator, you will support order fulfillment for Tempur Sealy brands, including Tempur-Pedic®, Sealy® and Stearns & Foster®. The work includes forklift picking, packing, dispatch, loading, unloading, storage, and shipping verification. You will also inspect equipment, assist assembly operations, and maintain workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick warehouse orders using a forklift
- Pick, pack, prepare, and dispatch products
- Load and unload goods safely
- Verify quantities and items before shipping
- Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment

Requirements:

- Two to three years of related work experience
- Required forklift license
- Experience in a busy warehouse setting
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to sixty pounds
