Upper Canada Child Care seeks a temporary, part-time facilitator for a fully in-centre before and after school program. Assist teachers with program delivery, support children aged 0-12 years, and contribute to Individual Support Plans. This 15-hour-per-week position requires three-hour split shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers with program delivery and classroom operations
- Support inclusive environments through collaboration and communication
- Contribute to Individual Support Plans with the Inclusion Support team
- Interact one-to-one with children or supervise groups
- Complete logs, reports, housekeeping, and classroom duties

Requirements:

- Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- At least 18 years old
- Current CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification
