Support patient meal services with Aramark through phone-based customer service and software systems. Help coordinate accurate nutritional orders across departments.

The Dietary Worker answers patient calls, records meal orders, and addresses questions about meals and nutritional needs. This position serves as a liaison with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition teams. It also requires knowledge of therapeutic diets, confidentiality, safety, sanitation, and Aramark standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer patient phones and take meal orders
- Record patient orders using software systems
- Direct unanswered nutritional questions appropriately
- Coordinate accurate nutrition with doctors and nurses
- Protect customer privacy, safety, and dignity

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Food service or related experience preferred
- Fluent English communication required
- Comfort using web-based software
- Food Handler Certificate, vaccinations, TB Test, and sector search required
