This includes developing detailed scopes of work, budgets and schedules, conducting risk management assessments, and maintaining health, safety and environmental compliance.This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of capital projects, ranging from processing asset improvements and equipment replacements to concrete repairs, sump pumps, infrastructure upgrades, and larger multi-disciplinary projects. Projects may involve civil, concrete, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on projects that align with their existing experience while progressively working toward larger and more complex multi-disciplinary projects. We are open to candidates from any engineering discipline who have strong project management experience and a practical approach to project delivery.What You'll Do Lead multiple capital projects from planning through execution and close-outDevelop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plansCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction,



and commissioning activitiesWork with multi-disciplinary engineering and technical teams, including civil, concrete, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentationReview engineering designs to ensure alignment with project objectives, site standards, and regulatory requirementsManage contractors and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetMonitor project progress, quality, costs, and resource requirementsIdentify project risks and develop practical mitigation strategiesPrepare project reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholdersSupport procurement activities, including vendor evaluations and contract administrationWork closely with operations and maintenance teams to understand project needs and develop practical solutionsEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsLead project close-out activities and capture lessons learnedAt Peter Lucas, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects while continuing to develop your project management and technical skills.
