Lead retail merchandise operations at Aramark by coordinating employees, receiving products, and maintaining customer service standards. This hourly role supports an assigned location.

The Retail Supervisor works under the Retail Manager and coordinates interactions among management, guests, employees, and vendors. Responsibilities include merchandise receiving, pricing, inventory, POS operations, scheduling, and training. The position also supports floor productivity and special projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise
- Assign daily tasks and verify timely completion
- Coordinate merchandise movement, storage, and floor placement
- Maintain pricing, inventory levels, and customer service standards
- Train current hires on POS, safety, and responsibilities

Requirements:

- At least two years of similar experience
- Ability to use telephone, computer, and Micros POS
- Availability for overtime, nights, or weekends
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, walk, and stand
- Ability to wear uniforms or required PPE
