Lead operational planning at NAIT’s Main Campus with budget oversight, manager leadership, and coordination across Corporate and Continuing Education.Reporting to the Executive Director, this Director oversees corporate training delivery, continuing education programs, curriculum development, and operations enablement. The position translates strategic priorities into operating plans while aligning managers around delivery outcomes and continuous improvement.
