Key Responsibilities:

- Manage renewals, variations, assignments and terminations across lease lifecycles
- Advise on lease agreements and contractual property obligations
- Monitor compliance, financial commitments and contractual milestones
- Maintain accurate property records and reporting




- Support portfolio optimisation through planning and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Experience managing commercial leases and property contracts
- Robust analytical skills interpreting leases and financial information
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Excellent relationship, communication and organisational skills
