Weldco-Beales Manufacturing produces heavy equipment attachments for construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, and resource industries. As a General Labourer, you will perform general labour and maintenance work while following safety regulations and company procedures. Your work includes handling metal products, maintaining equipment, and supporting building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret work orders
- Transport raw materials and finished metal products
- Grind and deburr sharp metal edges
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Maintain clean, orderly, secure work areas

Requirements:

- Minimum six months of related experience
- Knowledge of general safety practices
- General knowledge of basic tools and equipment
- Clear communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 kilograms
