Take on a leadership role in a dynamic and collaborative environment, managing a multidisciplinary team and working closely with engineering, suppliers, and project , you will lead the delivery of technical publications and training activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.

Key responsibilities-Manage the delivery of maintenance documentation and contractual deliverables-Lead and plan documentation activities, including workload and resources-Oversee third-party suppliers and stakeholder collaboration-Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards-Monitor project performance (planning, cost, quality) and report on KPIs-Review and approve technical documentation before release-Support project reviews and ensure customer satisfaction

Your profile -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field-5+ years of experience in technical publications, documentation, or similar environment-Proven experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams-Strong understanding of technical documentation processes and standards-Experience managing suppliers or subcontractors is an asset

Structured, detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project environment-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-Proficiency with documentation tools and systems (, PDM, CMS, or similar)-Fluency in English Things you'll enjoy
