We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing within a services environment in Toronto, Ontario.

This Long-term Contract chance is well suited to someone who can manage payroll activities accurately for a diverse employee population, including salaried, hourly, unionized, and commission-based staff.

The successful candidate will help maintain compliance, resolve payroll-related issues, and contribute to smooth day-to-day payroll operations.

Responsibilities: • Process regular payroll cycles with accuracy for multiple employee groups, including salaried, hourly, unionized, and commissioned team members. • Review payroll data for completeness and correctness, addressing discrepancies before final submission. • Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to pay, deductions, earnings, and payroll transactions in a timely manner. • Coordinate with internal teams such as accounting and operations to ensure payroll information is aligned and up to date. • Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting-related activities connected to payroll administration. • Support compliance with applicable legislation, collective agreement provisions, and organizational payroll procedures. • Contribute to payroll process improvements and provide assistance with operational changes affecting payroll workflows when required.
