etc.)Oversee project application and review processes with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.Manage the project construction budget and performance objectives through the development of project design.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.Administer construction contracts following applicable legislation and best practice standards, including various CCDC contract types (CCDC 2, 5 A/B, 14, 30, etc.).Serve as the primary point of contact for construction administration processes, including general client, contractor, and sub-consultant correspondence; RFI response; submittal review; and development of supplemental instructions or project changes (PCN, CO, CD).Review contractor
