and profitability analysisExperience with lease record management and division ordersSystems implementation/integration experience is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex problemsResponsibilities Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issuesDetermine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approachesEvaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagementImplement and oversee the quality of deliverablesEffectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performanceParticipate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activitiesQualifications 5-7+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experienceDemonstrated experience in leading and managing projects in within the Traditional Oil & Gas and Mining sectorsAbility to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysisStrong communications skills and the ability to articulate complex messages succinctlyMust have significant top tier management consulting experienceSenior Director level candidates should have a demonstrated track record of originating and / or selling workExperience across the following services: Business transformations / performance improvement and margin enhancement experienceIntegration / carve-out, synergy identification / executionSupply chain and / or transaction accounting functional skills a plusBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, finance,
