Magil Construction seeks an experienced High-Rise Construction Superintendent for a major downtown London project. The successful candidate will have completed at least one high-rise project through exterior systems, finishes, and phased occupancy. This position requires leadership across site operations, scheduling, safety, quality, and turnover. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel Manage short-term schedules, logistics, and trade sequencing Resolve progress issues, delays, and site conflicts Oversee structure, envelope, systems, finishes,



and turnover Coordinate inspections, occupancy, deficiencies, and closeout Requirements:

Minimum five years supervising high-rise construction projects Strong concrete construction, sequencing, and trade coordination knowledge Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety regulations Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Bring high-rise supervision, concrete construction, and site leadership expertise to Magil Construction’s downtown London build.
