As a Service Technician, you will provide maintenance, emergency response, technical support, and territory sales support. The work requires manuals, schematics, standard tools, Metrx/Mobile documentation, and skilled customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled installations, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs
- Provide 24/7 emergency services and follow up efficiently
- Log field activities in Metrx/Mobile software




- Support Product Specialists and Customer Development Specialists
- Conduct equipment operation in-service sessions

Requirements:

- High school education or equivalent
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Two years’ sales and equipment repair experience
- Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform heavy lifting and follow safety protocols

Support Gordon Food Service customers through equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and clear field communication.
