About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge FinTech company, is looking for a meticulous Client Onboarding Specialist to streamline and enhance the new client integration process. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new clients, setting them up for success with our client's innovative financial technology platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of financial services or technology onboarding procedures. This is an excellent remote opportunity for detail-oriented professionals eager to contribute to a rapid-growing FinTech firm. You will be the primary guide for new clients, facilitating their setup and initial engagement. While this role is fully remote, it offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide new clients through the entire onboarding process, from initial setup to full platform activation.




- Collect and verify necessary client documentation and information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Configure client accounts and systems according to their specific needs and service agreements.
- Provide clear and comprehensive instructions and support to clients during the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Address and resolve any issues or questions that arise during the onboarding period.
- Develop and maintain clear onboarding documentation and guides for clients.
- Monitor client progress and proactively identify potential challenges or delays.
- Gather feedback on the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all client data is handled securely and confidentially.
- Achieve established onboarding timelines and client satisfaction targets.
