Serve residents and guests at Cogir Senior Living while creating memorable mealtime experiences through courteous service and dining room support. Work in a bright, welcoming dining room.

As a Server, you will support dining services in retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Your work includes meal service, tray delivery, table setup, cleaning, catering, and resident-focused service. You will also follow safety procedures, policies, and Resident Rights and Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Set, explicit, and maintain dining tables
- Deliver tray service as required
- Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
- Assist catering and participate in theme events

Requirements:

- Previous food service or senior care experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Ability to stand and walk most of each shift
- Vulnerable Position Screening or willingness to obtain one
