We're growing our Surrey branch team and looking for a Counter Salesperson who thrives on rapid-paced, face-to-face customer service.Job SummaryThe Counter Salesperson is the first point of contact for walk-in and call-in customers at our Surrey branch counter — providing product knowledge, processing orders, and building the relationships that keep contractors coming back.ResponsibilitiesServe walk-in and phone/counter customers, providing product knowledge on doors, frames, hardware, and related building productsProcess counter sales, will-call orders, and quotes for smaller jobs; enter and track orders accurately in NavisionPick, pack, and stage material for customer pickup; handle backordersand returnsIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities on hardware, fasteners, and accessoriesAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate products,
