Working alongside the client’s architect, functional lead, business stakeholders, and implementation partner, this consultant will help internal teams understand the product’s capabilities and apply implementation best practices.

The ideal candidate has previously implemented this specific solution and can draw on that experience to support requirements discussions, evaluate proposed approaches, and guide implementation decisions.

Initial 1-year contract in Montreal, QC.

Fully remote candidates will be considered; however, local candidates able to work onsite will be prioritized. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Factors Solid understanding of the product’s capabilities, implementation approach, and best practices Experience translating business requirements into solution recommendations for employee document management Ability to advise business stakeholders, architects, functional leads, and implementation partners on product decisions Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and implementation trade-offs to different audiences Nice to Have Experience supporting an organization’s internal team while collaborating with an external implementation partner Solution architecture experience involving SAP or enterprise content management platforms Experience with document migration, approval workflows, retention requirements, or access controls within Open
