Assess emergency scenes and patients as a Primary Care Paramedic with Emergency Health Services in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Provide BLS care and patient transport.

This regular full time PCP assignment supports Grande Prairie EMS within Emergency Health Services. You will assess patients, operate ambulances, administer minor medications, use BLS airway adjuncts, and provide semi-automated defibrillation. The work includes emergency scenes, facility transfers, and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess emergency scenes and ill or injured patients
- Transport patients between emergency scenes and facilities
- Administer minor medications and provide BLS interventions
- Lead BLS crews during transport or emergency scenes




- Stock ambulances and NET units to established standards

Requirements:

- Non-restricted ACOP registration as a Primary Care Paramedic
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support CPR certification
- Valid Class 4 Alberta licence or equivalent
- Five-year driver abstract with no more than six demerits
- Ability to perform full operational duties and frequent lifting
