The Accounts Payable Associate owns the full AP cycle for our North American operations: invoice processing, vendor payments, sales tax coding and month-end support across multiple entities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our finance team supports a multi-entity structure across Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities





- Receive and log vendor invoices from the AP inbox, mail and vendor portals; scan and attach source documents in Business Central
- Review, code and enter invoices with correct GL accounts, entities, departments and dimensions
- Perform two- and three-way matching against purchase orders and receipts; resolve price, quantity and receiving discrepancies with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Route non-PO invoices for approval according to the delegation of authority and follow up on overdue approvals
- Verify invoices meet CRA documentation requirements (supplier name, GST/HST registration number, date, tax amounts) before claiming ITCs
- Identify and record US-dollar invoices at the correct exchange rate
- Process credit memos, debit memos and vendor rebates
- Process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions against company policy
