Lead visual merchandising across OAK + FORT stores, combining fashion expertise with strategic displays, team coaching, and commercial execution.

As District Visual Manager, you will communicate OAK + FORT’s brand identity through product displays across assigned stores. You will support retail teams and partner with Store Managers, Regional Leaders, and the HQ Visual Team. Your work will connect brand experience with sales and product sell-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee floor sets, windows, and seasonal visual updates
- Translate creative directives into localized store presentations
- Train visual leads and retail teams on standards
- Create rollout plans and schedules for updates
- Audit stores and support openings or remodels

Requirements:

- Visual merchandising experience in fashion retail
- Multi-store leadership or district experience
- Solid design, composition, styling, and trend knowledge
- Proficiency with macOS, Google Suite, and Adobe
- Ability to travel frequently and move merchandise over 50 pounds
