Lead transmission line engineering and business development for Hatch’s Power practice, supporting Canadian clients through a hybrid technical and commercial focus.This leadership role guides design quality, mentors engineers and designers, and supports growth across North America. You will provide oversight from route selection through construction support while developing relationships with utility and industrial clients. The position also contributes to proposals, pricing, project opportunities, and growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:



Lead and mentor transmission line engineers and designersProvide technical oversight across the project lifecycleReview designs and improve engineering practicesDevelop client relationships and pursue project opportunitiesCoordinate proposals, pricing, teams, and project prioritiesRequirements: Minimum 10 years of overhead transmission line experienceEngineering degree from a recognized universityProfessional Engineering registration, preferably PEngProficiency with PLS CADD or equivalent softwareKnowledge of North American transmission standardsBring transmission design expertise, client leadership, and business development capability to Hatch’s growing Power practice across Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
