This role sits at the center of Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Teams, Marketing, and Support, ensuring the organization is fully ready to deliver recent products to customers. You’ll own launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational readiness, helping bring new technologies to market smoothly and at scale.What You Will Do Own the end-to-end launch plan for new products (Heat Pumps, EV chargers, heat pump water heaters, and other electrification technologies)Coordinate across Product, Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Field teamsEnsure operational readiness including training, SOPs, inventory, tooling, and supportRun pilot programs and early deployments before full rolloutTrack launch progress, resolve blockers,
