Advantages • Udemy - unlimited free access to Udemy online courses through Randstad • Competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $29.00 • Opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your resume within a energetic manufacturing company • Consistent, full-time hours on a reliable 12-month contract • Weekly pay schedule with 4% vacation pay added to every check Responsibilities • Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently. • Execute regular payment processes, including preparing and completing standard check runs. • Perform detailed credit card reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies. • Assist the accounting team with crucial month-end closing activities and reporting. • Communicate collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors regarding payment statuses and inquiries. • Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in an Accounts Payable role, specifically handling high-volume invoice processing. • Proven hands-on experience executing credit card reconciliations, check runs, and month-end procedures.



• Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry is considered a strong asset. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
