This role helps drive clarity, reduce delivery risk, and ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.What you will be responsible for Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear system specifications, process flows, and functional designsWork closely with developers, testers, and project managers to support solution design and deliveryIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and propose practical solutionsSupport testing activities, including requirements validation, test case review, and issue triageAssist with implementation planning, user acceptance testing, and production readinessProvide ongoing analysis and support for system enhancements, defects, and change requestsMaintain accurate documentation including requirements, process flows, and system artifactsServe as a liaison across business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycleWhat we value – These skills will help you succeed in this role Strong analytical, problem-solving,

Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives is a plus.Work Requirement Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remoteStandard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needsSalary Range $91,000 - $140,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
