As Stock Unloader Department Manager, you will coordinate assigned receiving activities and merchandise movement to the sales floor. You will unload trailers, pull pallets, and assist with merchandise processing. The work includes directing CAP 2 Associates, maintaining cold chain requirements, and supporting operational tasks through planning and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate associates completing receiving and merchandise flow tasks
- Prepare and reset the Receiving Area
- Unload and sort general merchandise trailers
- Pull pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing
- Maintain cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving
Requirements:
- Ability to follow Company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to complete safety sweep logs
- Ability to delegate and follow up on assigned tasks
- Ability to provide direction to CAP 2 Associates
- Ability to work in a safe, clean setting
