Design integrated circuits for next-generation 5 G-and-beyond wireless communications, taking mm Wave and analog core blocks from circuit architecture and simulation through layout, tape-out and laboratory characterization.What you’ll do Perform IC simulations and optimizations within the Cadence, ADS and HFSS design environmentsDrive design schematic, simulation and mm Wave/analog layout methodologiesApply advanced circuit architectures to core blocks — LNAs, mixers, phase shifters, power amplifiers, drivers and VGAsEngage in hands-on IC laboratory testing and characterizationWork with cross-functional teams and interface directly with customers on performance requirementsWhat we’re looking for Degree in Electrical Engineering,



Electromagnetics or a related field (Ph D preferred); 3–5 years of industrialRFIC/mm Wave design experience preferredProven history of successful tape-outs or exceptional mm Wave performanceRecent RFIC design experience in RFSOI/CMOS technologies, covering RF switches, PAs, LNAs, attenuators, phase shifters and power combiningKnowledge of phased-array transceiver architectures and beamforming techniquesProficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, H-SPICE, Laker ADP and Verilog/Verilog HDL, plus EM simulation in HFSS, Sonnet, CST or WIPL-DHands-on RF/mm Wave IC laboratory test equipment experience, and fluent written and verbal EnglishIndeed application pages are provided in English.Questions about this role?
