This role is ideal for someone who enjoys litigation, takes ownership of their files, and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, take on meaningful responsibility, and continue building your practice alongside an experienced and supportive team.What You’ll DoManage and advance litigation files from initial referral through to resolution with increasing autonomy and take ownership of your own files and practicePrepare pleadings, motions, and other court materialsPrepare detailed liability and damages assessments, and opinionsPrepare for and conduct discoveries, mediations, and Judicial settlement conferencesWork closely with partners on complex insurance defence mattersBuild strong client relationships and contribute to excellent client serviceDevelop and grow your practice with the support of experienced lawyers and a strong teamWhat You BringMember in good standing with a Canadian provincial bar,
