Provide person-centered senior care as a part-time Unregulated Care Provider with Cogir Senior Living. Support residents through personal care, documentation, and daily assistance.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, the Unregulated Care Provider delivers personal care and selected tasks within demonstrated knowledge and skill. This work supports independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents while following regulatory and company standards. Cogir Senior Living has dedicated over 25 years to retiree happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care and document services
- Administer medications and treatments according to policies
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and adaptive aids
- Observe resident conditions and report changes




- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker or equivalent healthcare training
- Experience working with seniors in community health services
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and customer focus skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Background Check
