As an Associate, Fund Investments, you will help source, evaluate, execute, and manage investments in venture capital funds. Your work emphasizes pre-seed and seed-stage strategies while supporting a diversified portfolio. You will contribute to manager relationships, market research, due diligence, and investment recommendations across Canada’s innovation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and assess emerging venture capital fund managers
- Support due diligence, modeling, references, and investment memoranda
- Assist fund investment execution and terms negotiations
- Monitor portfolio performance, reporting, LPACs, and AGMs




- Improve portfolio monitoring and financial systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, fund investments, or capital markets
- Financial modeling, research, market analysis, and benchmarking skills
- Strong English communication, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
